Adam Perkin FCA

Adam is the Senior Partner of Jolliffe Cork. He has been with the firm since 1979 and is responsible for a significant portfolio of privately owned businesses. Working with growing and demanding clients, Adam has developed a wide range of business advisory skills. He also has significant experience in the purchase and sale of businesses, management buyouts and tax efficient corporate reconstructions.

Tony Hydes FCA

Tony trained with a national practice before joining Jolliffe Cork in 1981. He has been a Partner in the firm since 1988 and has a wide ranging client base of owner managed businesses including a significant number of foreign owned companies. With nearly 30 years experience in business and a down to earth manner born out of his Barnsley breeding, Tony brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on approach to his client work. He is also responsible for the IT strategy of the firm.

Claire Lawton FCA

Claire has been with Jolliffe Cork all her professional career and following qualification, was appointed as a Partner in 1994. The portfolio of clients within her care covers a wide diversity of businesses but is primarily owner managed entities which appreciate the personal approach which she adopts in dealing with their affairs. She is also actively involved with the local business community and was previously the Honorary Treasurer of the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce and now acts as a Trustee on the Board of the Wakefield Grammer School Foundation.

Jane Crossley FCA, CTA

Jane heads the Business Services department within the practice. After joining Jolliffe Cork in 1986, she went on both to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and become a member of the Institute of Taxation. In 1998, Jane became a Partner in Jolliffe Cork. She deals with a wide variety of owner managed businesses (including medical practitioners) and Charities. Her portfolio ranges from sole traders to large companies, each client receiving the personal service and practical advice, which they require in today’s ever changing world.

Tim Hill FCA

Tim joined Jolliffe Cork in 2004 from one of the large national practices where he had been a Partner for 11 years. He has a fast growing portfolio of dynamic, privately owned business clients, which regularly seek his advice on business matters. Widely experienced in corporate acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, he uses that knowledge and expertise to help his clients meet the challenges and opportunities in today’s highly competitive business environment.

Neil Petch CTA ACIS TEP

Neil became a partner in 2006 and leads a tax department of nine staff with combined experience in corporate and personal tax of almost 100 years. Formerly a senior manager with a Big 4 firm, Neil is a former Chairman of the Leeds branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, newspaper columnist and presenter at numerous tax seminars. His ability to provide clear and understandable strategies for tax savings is widely appreciated by his clients.
