Keeping in touch during the pandemic

Keeping our staff, clients and contacts healthy is our top priority.  Whilst we are still striving to deliver a high-quality and responsive service we have implemented a number of changes:

  • We are asking all clients to plan ahead with your requests, contacting us first by email or telephone and not calling in at our offices without having made arrangements beforehand. This includes the collection or delivery of paperwork. 

  • Government guidance makes it a legal requirement for visitors to wear face coverings in certain premises including those of accountants. For the moment, therefore, in the interests of safety for all concerned, we are not holding face-to-face meetings at our offices. 

  • Instead, we will hold meetings either by simple telephone calls or by conference calls or Teams or Zoom if your technology allows this.
